Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by sending an e-mail to [email protected] within 30 days after the day package received. In the email please include your order number found on your packing or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Besides, there is a must of a picture of the product with errors that you found, errors listed such as below:
- Items damaged which is caused by delivery: torn, dirty, etc.
- Items wrong against order.
- Items defective: wrong size, color, etc.
- Other issues caused by Farace.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
